General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the qqvip platform and all of its services ("Services"). By accessing the qqvip.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

qqvip is an online gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players. The platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, and more, as well as slots, live casino, and bingo games.

These Terms apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

qqvip may at any time request a copy of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification as part of account verification. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your qqvip account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you log in from a device other than your personal device, log out at the end of the session.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your login credentials. qqvip will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party — unless it is proven that such access occurred due to a failure of qqvip's own systems.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into qqvip: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds are added to the account after the deposit is successfully confirmed.

5.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawing earned funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

qqvip reserves the right to process withdrawal requests before verification is complete. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be held until the investigation is concluded.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply to receiving qqvip bonuses and promotional offers:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering applies only to the bonus, not to the deposited amount.
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 VIP Program

qqvip's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity. The benefits of each tier may change at qqvip's discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on qqvip are governed by the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical error or obvious pricing mistakes.
• Sports betting: bets placed after a market has closed will be considered void.
• Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Specific terms regarding jackpot prizes are stated in each game's description.

qqvip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any game or market.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqvip. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account cancellation and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses to gain bonus benefits.
• Betting with credit cards, borrowed funds, or money belonging to others.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using qqvip for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or carry out cyber attacks on qqvip's systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.

If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, qqvip may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation.

Limitation of Liability

qqvip accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Disruption to a gaming session due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account — if this occurs as a result of your own negligence.
• Technical errors by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical incidents or force majeure circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, qqvip's system logs will be treated as conclusive evidence, unless a clear technical error is proven.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Your Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the qqvip support team. It is important to withdraw your balance before closing your account. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

10.2 Closure by qqvip

qqvip may close or suspend your account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months).

If there is a valid balance and no rule violations at the time of account closure, that amount will be refunded.
